Stretch
Stretching during pregnancy enhances flexibility, prevents muscles from tightening, and makes you feel more relaxed. Stretching after exercising not only cools you down, but it also makes you feel looser. There are many benefits to exercising and stretching during pregnancy for example; if you continue exercising during pregnancy it is less difficult to return to your pre pregnancy weight. Don’t let the myths of exercising during pregnancy stop you from being active and healthy. As always, it is best to consult with you physician regarding your a pre-natal exercise regimen.
